Maybe it’s time to face this
maybe it’s time to admit
maybe it’s time to visit a doctor
and get some help for it

Hard to make this right
hard to decide as it is hard
to admit I have a problem
that I wish I never had

will that help though?
or am I bound to live with it
no self esteem because of this
or a companion to accept it

I choose to remain helpless
and let no one, at least for now, know
I have to retain my self esteem
I cannot deliver but the drive is far from low
