I wanted to finish all my thoughts
but there was no time at all
I needed to focus on only two songs
as if one wasn’t enough at all

So I did.

I felt I had to push my self forwards
to make me a better candidate
but I managed to turn my self inwards
and became a better introverted me

Yes I did.

All I ever wanted was to fulfill my dreams
and I am not there yet
everything else is delaying this it seems
and I ‘m stuck

Days In Delay…

Pursuing the Choice to Change

the dream is far from getting real
and started to lose its glory appeal
I am left with a dream in my mind
but the strength to realize it seems hard to find

my body is becoming more and more weak
my spirit is slowly getting used to the easy life’s trip
and wants to settle down and change direction
get some rest; enough of this freedom persuasion

the mind however insists on saying no
I have to walk until the end of the road
finish what I started and get what I want
have the choice to change any way I feel like
because now I don’t

delve into your soul
find your darkest secrets
embrace them all
but don’t try to kill them
they will turn against you

feel them instead
try to understand them
and then turn them to good
use them for something better
than satisfy you

in case you are unable
try and keep them locked
far away from the real world
have them controlled
but don’t feed them too much

they will drive you insane
for they are your instincts
your animal instincts
that nature blessed you with
in order to survive

delve into your soul
find evil first and then good
while evil is inherent
good needs some encourament
from you to come out

delve into your soul
find your self of another level
meet your self at another level
it will give you enough
to move on

Mistake

big mistakes, life, misery, mistakes, payback, poem, poetry

you knew it would come to this
you knew but you moved on anyway
you were saying goodbye to bliss
and you chose the wrong decision to take

Life is that way you know and whether good or bad
it is clear to you there’s no way of turning back
and all that remains is the good times you had
until it is time for your mistakes to pay back

Payback time and you have to suffer
as soon as you accept this the sooner you recover
the sooner you find the strength to confront them
the sooner you decide when payback is finally over

Unless you think there is still hope inside
hope to make things right and relieve yourself
from misery, depression that lead you to mental suiside
no matter how bad never allow that to yourself

And then you remember yourself going wrong
you thought it was wrong the moment you did it
but you fell for it again knowing it won’t take long
for you to regret about it and think you can fix it

Mistake that haunts you for life and even more
it’s right here to remind you of when you went wrong
so that you don’t do something stupid like before
but you had the chance once and the next one to come
might take long

we lied on the ground
we moved carelessly around
we tried to be happy with each other
with everything else we didn’t bother

you were smiling all the time
you were close to becoming mine
you said we had something to be proud of
you could see that I was happy because of

I had dreamt of this a while back
I forgot about time until it got dark
I never wanted to leave from there
I never stopped dreaming about us being there

we realised it was time to leave
we could hear by then each other breathe
we never thought about this before
we hoped that after this there would be more

there are thoughts inside my head begging to come out
they are trying to become words in my mouth to shout
they force me to help them and don’t let me calm down
but they are not ready yet
not ready to come out yet
otherwise I ‘d had known
you would have known

if thoughts haunt your mind and don’t let you breathe
help them get out of you
if whispers are calling you and you don’t let them in
they ‘ll scare the hell out of you
halt and embrace them
give a chance to them
to help you help yourself survive the storm coming at you

if shadows haunt you at night stop and don’t be afraid
they have something to show you
if voices are mumbling in your mind stop and don’t shut them off
they have something to tell you
pay attention to them
listen to them
at some point in your life you will realise they ‘ve been right

In Pain

How does it feel to be in pain
and not being able to do something about it
when nothing happens when you just shout it
in the mind comes the thought everything’s in vain

how does it feel when it’s your own fault
that you are now in pain and you are hurt
cannot do something simple like cleaning the dirt
off the corners of this web in which you are caught

Clearing your mind this time won’t help
you can’t control this but you regret
the time you thought you could win this bet
this is something you cannot reset

Wait! That’s all you have to do now
for things to get better and pain to fade away
it doesn’t make much sense but it’s the only way
even if it doesn’t feel like it is now

Vanity

in vain, life, life goals, vanity

you are after a better life happier and free
no time to do anything else but make that life be
and while you are at it you turn into a control freak
everything is a checklist whose items you have to tick

but one day you realise that all that makes you sad
are the petty things you naively wish you had
but you ‘ve set your goals having those in mind
and now that you see clearly you want them left behind

because whether you ‘ve reached your goals or not
there come moments when it doesn’t matter anymore
in fact we are not much different than small ants
wandering around until one day someone steps on us

it’s not important to own but to have done things in the end
not for glory not for money but to be at peace with your self
but then again what is important is hard to be defined
and you are moving on with what you believe and feel is right

Forced to Change

death, fate, life

the second death of me is about to have me changed
there is no strength in me left and I cannot be saved
and even though I thought I had already been dead
it seems I could not imagine that I could have a second end

what do you say to a mother that has just lost her son
there’s no way you can make her feel better make her stop
crying, weeping, being in pain which nothing can make go away
nothing that the mind can imagine of; nothing to say

Silence! Yes, silence! Silence louder than words
silence that makes your spine chill but still no words
first an uncle has gone and then a best friend has gone
and every time I die with them but I am not gone

I am right here, forced to change…

Innocent Flow of Thoughts

abstract, bliss, happiness, innocent flow of thoughts, life, marks, memories, sad, thoughts, time

Listening to the music from the past
I realize years have left their marks
not just on my body

Marks left inside my soul so deep
that thinking of them almost makes me weep
cannot go on

Cannot let memories surface back
they will sure make happy but also feel bad
so truely sad

Sad; because memories that hurt are more
than those that roll you laughing on the floor
or just make you smile

Smile; I think I am in love with this word
it brings to mind familiar faces from around my world
in times of bliss

Bliss; It is in fact everyone’s ultimate goal
good or bad, rich or poor, with or without soul
that few of them reach

A fact that doesn’t stop anyone from trying
a goal for which almost everyone is fighting
not all for themselves

Some for themselves, some for themselves and children
others for everyone else and others for neither
and life goes on
