fragile me, spontaneous poetry, time

Time makes me fragile
time makes me old
time can heal the wounds
at least that’s what I ‘ve been told

I ‘d love to watch this happen
I ‘d love to prove me wrong
I ‘d love to make it go away
but no, it keeps coming along

And I feel like I ‘m breaking
and I see my pieces everywhere
and I feel like I ‘m in pain
and the pain just isn’t there

Everything is in my head
I wish you could change this for me
time makes me old and weak
time makes stronger the fragile me

Forever Lost In …

bliss, faith, filth, forever, freedom, lost

She was trying to speak to me
but I was looking away
she was there to listen to me
when I had nothing to say

I was lost in a thought
looking for faith
she was born on that date
December the Eighth!

She was looking right through me
but my eyes would just stare
she was there to rescue me
when I was not being fair

I was lost in a dream
looking for freedom
she was born on that date
February the Second!

She said she wants to please me
but my mind was elsewhere
she came close to kiss me
when the pain I could not bear

I was lost in a feeling
looking for bliss
she was born on that date
April the Third!

She did not really care
but I was not there to see
she had never been there
when I needed to set myself free

I was forever lost in time
looking for filth
she was born on that date
May Seventeenth

The Challenge of M.

challenge, M., perception, poem

Waiting for something that you hope for
deep inside you know so but you don’t believe
because you cannot see beyond the obvious
beyond of what others had taught you to see
beyond of what others see

You think a proof will make you happy
a proof that will demand another proof
and then another and another
but that proof is hidden within the moments
that you don’t see what your eyes really see
but what the moment really is

The challenge is for you to see beyond
and not for me to prove you wrong
the challenge has nothing to do with me
I can help you find what you are looking for
I ‘m just a tool for the challenge to overcome
but that’s for you to judge
that’s for you to understand
that’s for you to decide
to use me or not

I admit you are right
things like these cannot be won in a lucky game
but you impose a challenge which is not a game
a challenge that requires fight

Come with me and I hope
you will be able to see
I really do
because if you cannot see
then I ‘m no different than everyone else
I ‘m no better than everyone else
I ‘m just someone passing by a moment in your life
I ‘m just someone

and I know I am not

Small Blind Fragile World

blind, fragile, poem, sleepers, small, values, world

Have you ever thought the world is so small
and so much fragile that nothing in it matters anymore
because there is something more we need to feel
something above all these that our eyes cannot see
but we have to see

Have you ever felt that the world is not so solid
and not so ‘compact’ or ‘massive’ as people call it
because it’s trying to stand on a fake ground
that cannot withstand the load and will go down
and with it we all go down

Have you ever noticed that the world is asleep
and nobody sees beyond it because everyone likes this sleep
because it feeds a happy illusion to the mind
that prevents from seeing beyond and turns us blind
we are small too not just blind

Have you ever seen a small world being stable
and indestructuble that is not just another fable
because we are not, never been and never will be on top
we are blind sleepers bonded with a loose bond
small blind fragile world

Have you ever met anyone in the world that has seen beyond
and taught you the things that you should be taught
because beyond this small blind fragile world
there exist some values that cannot be taught
but we remain sleepers with no real dreams at all

Transparent Help

friend, help, poem, someone, special, transparent

I am in a mess
which in other times
I wouldn’t care less
but this time close people are involved
people I care more about than my own self

Someone
I may not be that special to
but is a special someone
I would need in times like these
but I will have to trust for this one

Should I bother
this is not my fight
but I do have no other
nothing to gain out of all this
why would anyone really bother?

Help!
without a reason
because you can and want to help
no need to complicate things
the solution is transparent help

And not care
it is not your fight
you only help because you have the strength to bear
things that special someone cannot
and really really needs you to be there

Lament

Simple does happen on a normal day
simple when someone beloved has passed away?
a friend in sorrow whose heart needs healing
what a stupid question to ask “how are you feeling”?

A stupid question that helps to let go
to let all the tears come out and mourn
and when the grief fades away you realise that
the person asking the question is your real pal

Pray for the departed to rest in peace
pray to God to forgive the sins
support thy friend through sorrow and grief
ask the stupid question to ease the relief

There is the need in times like these
for the obvious to be said “stupid” things
withstand the pain and let the anger out
life goes on and you are still somewhere about

Love or Affection?

09 Wednesday Dec 2009

Not long ago was the time
when I looked at her as if she was mine
silly me to think otherwise
that I could forever have her lovely eyes

So far beyond her good looks
is the person inside that my soul hooks
is it love or just affection?
yet the sane reason entails rejection

Fair enough to make me weak
but she’s so powerful sort of speak
with such a cheerful cheeky smile
for just to look does worth my while

Well I think that is enough said
yet a dilemma rises up again in my head
is it maybe just another fling
or just a new love beginning within me?

Hello
what’s up fellow?
anything new from down there?
sit down and tell us but first you grab a chair

Say
how’s your day?
has it worked out for you?
speak your mind and for once try to be true

Breed
what do you need?
is that enough for you now?
take control and move on the way you know how

Black
you coming back?
why would you even reconsider?
turn black into grey and then white you quitter

Decry
I ask you why?
what’s that you don’t let out?
pretend to care not about me nor you and shout

Free
did you see?
is there strength within you?
calm down sleep and then wake up new

System (Machine) Life

life, poem, poetry, system

start
it’s simple as that
stop
I think not
until
just before you drop
dead
tired as hell
asking yourself when
all this will come to an end

begin
insert parameters in
‘love’
‘have fun’
run
public function laugh
true
case the sky is now blue
add ‘joy’ to the queue
hope this will not end soon

loop
boring thing to do
repeat
no need
to feed
your everyday routine
while
conditions still apply
if there’s any error try
to catch it to find out why

end
no time more to spend
result
exit status one
memory dump
program can no longer run
wait
analyze life state
memory not sustained
the system has failed

Free Man

free man, poem

Under the sky there exists pain
people hurting each other
people insane
people who just don’t bother
people who fight in vain

Look at this show that goes on and on
the times are changing
people are not
they watch their values changing
but realise not

Somewhere in there a man is free
listening to everyone
observing thee
wants to help everyone
his reason to be

Nobody knows and nobody will understand
nobody is listening
nobody sees that man
he helps them all without them knowing
and he’s happy with just that
he is free because of that…
