Forget Her

by the small bench at the park there was sitting a kid
who thought of life as something to give
and wanted to give me a reason to live

it was obvious to the kid that deep inside of me
there was a sadness that made me look older
and wanted to know what I had told her

and I just started talking about her in tears
and as I remembered the words exactly
the kid said “she’s lovely”

and then the words came out of my mouth
I said to her “I love you”
the kid said “No! I love you”

it’s good that she ran away the kid said
because now you are not together
and you know you couldn’t get her
thus it’s easier to forget her

One Too Many

The things I have promised to do
it feels like they are too many
and I know that now is too late
to back down;
Strength; I don’t have any

The last one is never the last one
the baggage has become too large
and I cannot lift it anymore
I tried to;
Strength; Not that large

I need to push myself one last time
but it feels like that one is too many
the last one is never the last one
damn it;
Strength; Trying to find any

Newfound Expression

Thoughts that are stored deep in your subconscious mind
will not be there for long they will in some time rise
they will control your conscious thoughts and behaviour at first
before they become desires demanding you to quench their thirst

There was probably a time that you rejected their nature
you knew they were bad even if they promised you pleasure
and you reacted by suppressing them into the back of your mind
thoughts you thought were bad once are now surfacing aligned

And you are afraid of them because you may not be able to control
the desire to embrace them and stop resisting from them all
because all these years have got you tired and made you weak
that ‘s why they are coming back at you now your future is bleak

The worst part of all is that you don’t know how they will return
you are afraid of the way they will surface and take their revenge
but what you fear the most is that they may reveal your secrets somehow
forcing you to spell them out while you sleep perhaps; remember… you are weak now

As you grow old most of these things start to get out of your control
you get tired your value ties get weaker and you are far from standing tall
you see need makes you do stuff and in the process you get a lot to hide
and your only way out is to tame not eliminate those thoughts along the ride

You know by now that eliminating your passions is not always a fool proof solution
by nature you are expected to bow to these desires and thoughts but that’s not evolution
your instinct tells you that a controllable chaos needs to be maintained somehow within oneself
in order for your mind to be set free from these and be able its sanity to conserve

what this chaos will be?
does it really set your mind and body free?
does it set you free from your passions, unconscious thoughts or acquired disorders?
or is this yet another mind game to acquire fears beyond of what is real?

you know you need that place to feel immunity and that is what your instinct calls a chaos
it doesn’t have to be a real place it just has to be that place where oneself allows
everything to be said to be heard to happen and to let it all out
fears, passions, thoughts, desires, suppressed feelings that nobody else should find out

Remember those thoughts that you stored deep in your subconscious mind?
they are all gone now; they have transformed in creative bits of some kind
you ‘ve set them free
you are now free
others will come but do not drift apart
the solution, the relief, the chaos you ‘ve been looking for is art

Seeking Love

The time has come again
maybe late but it has come
no more excuses then
not to fell again in love

not sure if this is possible
not sure if this is realistic
is being alone so horrible
is it really that horrific?

love has lost its purity
at least in my head
the world’s insecurity
promotes sex instead

so has the time come again
or is it just what the body needs
tell me what’s missing then
and doesn’t feel like there yet

The Last Walk – High Hopes

It’s been a while and it’s been empty
actually it’s been two years will I accept it?
since the last walk
the last of them all

We covered everything we would do next
felt the whole world would be at our will
we had what was needed to become the best
the last walk was full of thrill
but it wasn’t meant to last
the last walk did indeed end fast

I ‘ve learnt in life that once someone dies
it means you ‘ll never see him or her again
no matter how hard your mind or heart tries
you are only left with memories of them
just a memory alive in my head
a last walk with Xen

Take control
put yourself together
first do the hard part then the rest
do things better
and that is all

be sure
be way up above
or better yet way up ahead
think this is what you love
think pure

always prepared
never miss a thing
choose carefully what your next move will be
become the smartest link
never be scared

insight and foresight
how do you get through
before you get into the fight of life
only one thing you must do
decide

on time!

another, hope, life, new, success, sweet floyd, yay, year, yet

yet another year yet another start
yet another rush for creating more art
this time though I do know better
projects that are bound to become an off setter
will have to remain simple ideas at the stage of infancy
until they are mature enough to reach the point of ascendancy

yet another beginning that hopefully will not end wrong
yet another start that has the feeling strong
the feeling of achievement the passion for creating
that yet another end of it will not be disappointing
the missing part of this is the feeling of moving on
the feeling of completion that all the confidence relies upon

yet another journey towards success begins
the mistakes of the last one become my foresee’s
so I am indeed more primed for the challenge ahead
my blood, sweat and tears are my resources and ready to be shed
thus challenge is accepted and by all means yes
another year becomes the start point of the bumpy road to success

It’s Christmas but I ‘m not feeling it
it doesn’t feel like it anymore
it’s not the same as it’d been before
and I ‘m blue because I ‘m missing it

I got the blues, the Christmas Blues
due to little bits of this and that
sure looks like I ‘m growing up
that’s why I ‘m feeling the Christmas Blues

Since I ‘m not getting any younger, fair
seems I won’t feel the Christmas spirit then
I guess the only way to get the feeling back again
is have little children to take me there

Mind Left In A Dream

destiny, dilemma, dream, dreams, life, mind, mind games, poem, poetry, spontaneous

I ‘ve left my mind inside a dream
and nothing can get it out
even the hard reality sometimes
is struggling for it to come around

And I am willing to pursue that dream
as long as it doesn’t kill me in the end
for I wish it was easy to fulfill it
and didn’t have my early life to bend

If too hard I ‘ll sacrifice the dream
it’s not worth to lose my mind for it
just to fulfill it and then what?
if I ‘ll be happy I don’t know it

How do I get my mind out of the dream
can I do it or will I become empty inside
because it provokes passion and desire
for me to continue its lonely ride

I looked at the horizon
and saw you coming with a rifle
I looked inside your eyes
you were about to take lives

There was a time you could forgive
but you fed up with all this shit
and couldn’t care less about them all
they took your everything and left you fall

Now you want them dead
doesn’t help you if they are just hurt
you really want them dead
for fear to be spread

But freedom based on fear is not freedom at all
their minds are like that they will come back
they will force you to pay for their greedy perks
and they will get what you ‘ve earned with your bare hands

I looked at the horizon
and saw you leaving with a rifle
I looked at the world behind you
you couldn’t fix it the way I wanted to
