Take control
put yourself together
first do the hard part then the rest
do things better
and that is all

be sure
be way up above
or better yet way up ahead
think this is what you love
think pure

always prepared
never miss a thing
choose carefully what your next move will be
become the smartest link
never be scared

insight and foresight
how do you get through
before you get into the fight of life
only one thing you must do
decide

on time!

another, hope, life, new, success, sweet floyd, yay, year, yet

yet another year yet another start
yet another rush for creating more art
this time though I do know better
projects that are bound to become an off setter
will have to remain simple ideas at the stage of infancy
until they are mature enough to reach the point of ascendancy

yet another beginning that hopefully will not end wrong
yet another start that has the feeling strong
the feeling of achievement the passion for creating
that yet another end of it will not be disappointing
the missing part of this is the feeling of moving on
the feeling of completion that all the confidence relies upon

yet another journey towards success begins
the mistakes of the last one become my foresee’s
so I am indeed more primed for the challenge ahead
my blood, sweat and tears are my resources and ready to be shed
thus challenge is accepted and by all means yes
another year becomes the start point of the bumpy road to success

It’s Christmas but I ‘m not feeling it
it doesn’t feel like it anymore
it’s not the same as it’d been before
and I ‘m blue because I ‘m missing it

I got the blues, the Christmas Blues
due to little bits of this and that
sure looks like I ‘m growing up
that’s why I ‘m feeling the Christmas Blues

Since I ‘m not getting any younger, fair
seems I won’t feel the Christmas spirit then
I guess the only way to get the feeling back again
is have little children to take me there

Mind Left In A Dream

I ‘ve left my mind inside a dream
and nothing can get it out
even the hard reality sometimes
is struggling for it to come around

And I am willing to pursue that dream
as long as it doesn’t kill me in the end
for I wish it was easy to fulfill it
and didn’t have my early life to bend

If too hard I ‘ll sacrifice the dream
it’s not worth to lose my mind for it
just to fulfill it and then what?
if I ‘ll be happy I don’t know it

How do I get my mind out of the dream
can I do it or will I become empty inside
because it provokes passion and desire
for me to continue its lonely ride

I looked at the horizon
and saw you coming with a rifle
I looked inside your eyes
you were about to take lives

There was a time you could forgive
but you fed up with all this shit
and couldn’t care less about them all
they took your everything and left you fall

Now you want them dead
doesn’t help you if they are just hurt
you really want them dead
for fear to be spread

But freedom based on fear is not freedom at all
their minds are like that they will come back
they will force you to pay for their greedy perks
and they will get what you ‘ve earned with your bare hands

I looked at the horizon
and saw you leaving with a rifle
I looked at the world behind you
you couldn’t fix it the way I wanted to

And here I am being with friends
playing the guitar while someone says
“I wish he ‘d show up in a mood full of joy
he ‘d say: play High Hopes by a band named Pink Floyd”

I wanted to finish all my thoughts
but there was no time at all
I needed to focus on only two songs
as if one wasn’t enough at all

So I did.

I felt I had to push my self forwards
to make me a better candidate
but I managed to turn my self inwards
and became a better introverted me

Yes I did.

All I ever wanted was to fulfill my dreams
and I am not there yet
everything else is delaying this it seems
and I ‘m stuck

Pursuing the Choice to Change

change, choices, dream, life, poem, poetry, pursuit

the dream is far from getting real
and started to lose its glory appeal
I am left with a dream in my mind
but the strength to realize it seems hard to find

my body is becoming more and more weak
my spirit is slowly getting used to the easy life’s trip
and wants to settle down and change direction
get some rest; enough of this freedom persuasion

the mind however insists on saying no
I have to walk until the end of the road
finish what I started and get what I want
have the choice to change any way I feel like
because now I don’t

The Last Walk – Intro

it’s been a year and it’s been empty
I ‘m still in denial but about to accept it
the realization is getting closer
it’s in my head
almost

still have nothing to say about it
as life and death is like that I know it
someone is missing from my reality
that’s in my head
I think

a strange feeling to say the least
weird that it doesn’t take out the beast
to smash, to hurt, to shout
even in my head
nothing

it’s been a year but I ‘m far more old
the mind is clear but the heart is cold
the last walk is the best memory of all
it’s still in my head
he’s still in my mind
alive and well

human, inner instincts, inner peace, instinct, know yourself, life, people, self peace

delve into your soul
find your darkest secrets
embrace them all
but don’t try to kill them
they will turn against you

feel them instead
try to understand them
and then turn them to good
use them for something better
than satisfy you

in case you are unable
try and keep them locked
far away from the real world
have them controlled
but don’t feed them too much

they will drive you insane
for they are your instincts
your animal instincts
that nature blessed you with
in order to survive

delve into your soul
find evil first and then good
while evil is inherent
good needs some encourament
from you to come out

delve into your soul
find your self of another level
meet your self at another level
it will give you enough
to move on
